PADI IDC Staff instructor course
In order to complete this program, you will take part in the course run by our Course Director Helene a few days before the start of our PADI IDC program.
We will go through the following components:

Instructor development standards, procedures and curriculum

How to organise and conduct the PADI Assistant Instructor course

The psychology of evaluation and counseling

Evaluating knowledge development, confined water, and open water teaching presentations
Once these have been completed, you will sit on the full IDC course and learn hands-on how to evaluate, help, and coach candidates and assist the Course Director.
It will be a very different experience from your own IDC, as you will be on the other side of the fence!
IDC Staff course schedule & pricing
The IDC Staff course is linked to the IDC schedule. You will need to allow about 3 weeks to complete everything. You will need to start your course 2 days at least before the start of our PADI IDC.
Pricing:
PADI IDC Staff course: 10,000,000 IDR
PADI IDC Staff materials: 7,000,000 IDR (this includes your digital IDC Staff pack with the Course Director manual, as well as the slates required to staff the IDC)
PADI IDC Staff fees: payable directly to PADI upon application after completion of your course - 214 $AU
