Sometimes those repetitive dives have to be really shallow, sometimes you just wish you could stay at 24m on that reef for longer, do you just want longer no stop limits and more underwater time? If this is you, check out PADI Enriched Air diver course to stay longer in the water and get back in sooner.
Who is it for?
If you are a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver who is at least 12 years old, you can enrol in the PADI Enriched Air Diver Specialty course.
For all courses you will need to fill a medical form, download it here. If your answer to any of these questions is "Yes", you will need to be cleared by a doctor for diving.
Course description
You will understand why diving with air with higher oxygen and lower nitrogen content gives you longer no stop times and more bottom time.
There are two options for this course: you can choose to do 2 dives using Enriched Air, or do dive simulations instead if you are short on time. This course can also be combined with your PADI Advanced certification.
You will learn to:
- Analyse the enriched air in your scuba tank and set your dive computer accordingly
- Manage oxygen exposure
- Dive theory physics and physiology related to Enriched air.
