Interested in sidemount diving? It could be a first step into technical diving, or just to learn a different equipment setup and teach you some news skills!
In that case, why not give sidemount diving a try and get your PADI Sidemount specialty!
Who is it for?
If you are a PADI Open Water Diver who is at least 15 years old, you can enroll in the PADI Sidemount Diver Specialty course. We recommend that you have at least 20 logged dives.
For all courses you will need to fill a medical form, download it here. If your answer to any of these questions is "Yes", you will need to be cleared by a doctor for diving.
Course description
The first day will be dedicated to equipment setup. You will spend time with your instructor to adjust your harness, understand your buoyancy with this new equipment and practice some drills underwater.
On days 2 and 3, you will go out on our boat for 2 dives on each day. The PADI Sidemount course usually requires only 3, but we believe an extra dive is good to help with comfort and skill levels!
This course comes with PADI Elearning that you can complete before the course itself.
